Throughout the entire engagement, Jonna made us feel like we were family, as if we were her only client. There are so many small examples of Jonna going above and beyond for us, late-night or weekend walkthroughs; researching to see if Google Fiber was available in the new home; helping schedule inspectors on our behalf and then being by our side taking notes when we walked through the inspection reports; helping us with an AC unit issue post-closing. It’s difficult to list each and every example because there are so many. While it's true that I found the buyer, I would not have thought to find this particular buyer if Jonna hadn't suggested it. And it really wouldn't have amounted to much had I not had someone like Jonna handling the transaction...I found selling my house and moving to be very stressful, but with Jonna's firm grip on the wheel combined with her tenacity and confidence, it really took a lot of the stress out of it. I also appreciate her tolerance of my late night and early morning "I just thought of something!" texts. We're only a week into the search for a new home, and she has already talked me down off of the ledge two or three times, preventing me from making a poor buying decision simply because I'm feeling so unsettled (and living out of a travel trailer). I have also come to value her opinion when evaluating potential homes. It goes without saying that when making financial transactions of this magnitude, having a sage counselor is a must. I'm very happy that I've got one. Jonna and Realty Austin are now at the top of my "recommended" list."

"I cannot adequately express our feelings about how Susie's real estate skills are just the best we've ever had in over 40 years of moving, buying, and living in different parts of the U.S. She is top-notch, a real "go-getter". Give serious consideration before signing a contract with anyone else. When my husband and I moved back to Texas in 2012, we were searching for a one-level house with no pool and less than 2,500 sqft. That type of property was non-existent at the time, so we purchased a 5,000+ square ft. house with two stories, knowing we would have to look again in 2 years because the house was too large. During that purchase, we met Susie Lee, who was the sellers' agent at the time. We could see that she was just the best real estate person we had ever met, so in two years, when we went on another search for a better "fitting" house, we called Susie to be our listing agent based on her great personality and uncanny real estate skills. Susie helped us sell the Westlake house quickly, with multiple buyers contending. Again, the search for a smaller house took a long time. We were adamant about finding a one-level house with no pool. Unfortunately, the house we eventually decided upon had a pool, but we "bit the bullet" and sealed a deal. That search took many months too. Susie persevered. She has become an important friend (and is much more than a saleswoman). I would recommend her over any agent I've met in Austin. "

Susie represented my fiancé and me when we bought our first home late last month. Throughout the whole process, she had our best interest in mind. We came into the process, not knowing exactly what we wanted, from area to type of home, but Susie was patient and helped us hone in on what made sense for us. She did this by paying close attention to our reactions as we viewed homes and asked us tough questions that we didn't even ask ourselves. She truly helped us discover what made the most sense to us. After seeing several homes with her and through listings, we finally realized what we wanted. When we found the right home, she was quick to get the process going. She and her assistant project managed us to success. I absolutely loved the calendar invites and reminders throughout. I could go on and on about Susie! I'm so happy Susie was by our side! I highly recommend her to represent you - as first-time home buyers, and she made the process feel so seamless for us. She utilized resources to help me prepare my home for sale. She was in constant contact with me and helped to negotiate prices. When the first contract fell through, Susie was able to quickly get another offer for more money and a quick close. The icing on the cake was when I found a downtown condo. She made sure I had all the information at my disposal to be certain I was making the best decision for me. She stayed in constant contact with the title office and lender with a goal of closing by the end of the year. We celebrated the year by closing on December 31st! Susie was always calm, knowledgeable, and confident in a whirlwind of a year. I highly recommend using Susie for all of your real estate needs."
